More Trees, Please
At WoodTrendz, our commitment to "get back to good" extends to every facet of our company, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and the planet. For each tree utilized in crafting our pieces, we plant three times that number, not only offsetting environmental impact but actively fostering a more vibrant wilderness. Your support makes this positive contribution possible!

Sustainability

We Believe Your living space isn’t just your sanctuary—it's a little ecosystem.
  • Opting for eco-friendly furniture doesn't just benefit the environment; it enhances the comfort of your living space.
  • We strive to use materials that are both clean and sustainable, continuously evolving our practices to embrace improvements.
  • Our approach sets us apart in the industry, and while understanding these concepts might be confusing, we're here to simplify it for you.
Carbon Footprint - own your impact

As a manufacturer, we have a responsibility for the products we put out in the market. 'Carbon neutral' and 'carbon negative' sounds great, but the truth is that we all have an impact on the planet. We believe the solution is to minimize our impact in the first place, not only to compensate for it by buying carbon offset credits afterwards. Measuring it is the first step towards reducing it.

What do we measure?

Our measurement follows the "cradle-to-gate" approach, encompassing the product's entire lifecycle from creation to departure from our factory. This includes considerations for material, transportation, energy, and packaging. We choose this model due to the complexities associated with obtaining precise data for the diverse end-uses that follow the products leaving our facility.

How do we calculate?

We use the 2030 Calculator, developed by Doconomy. Our choice stems from the idea of accessible environmentalism - the idea that anyone should be able to measure and understand carbon footprints, with accurate data depictions and quality results.

Lastly, our furniture is designed to last, and is guaranteed for five years

The durability of furniture is tied to its repairability, a significant benefit of solid wood. Typically, a simple process of sanding and applying a protective coat can rejuvenate the piece, restoring it to a like-new condition. Additionally, we offer a five-year guarantee on our furniture and are dedicated to supplying the required spare parts throughout this period.
