Purchase Option Cancellation Policy – Wood Trendz

At Wood Trendz, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things change, and you might need to cancel an order. Below is our policy on order cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us via:

  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed from the time of order placement, cancellation requests cannot be processed, as the order may have already been processed, shipped, or dispatched.

2. Order Cancellation Process

  • Confirmation of Cancellation: If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, our customer service team will confirm the cancellation within 2 business days.

  • Refund Process: In case of successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancellation of COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • For COD orders, cancellation must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. If the product has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order.

4. Non-Cancellable Products

  • Products that have already been dispatched and are in transit cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation after the order is placed.

5. Changes to Order

  • Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, changes to the product, quantity, or delivery address are not possible.

  • If you wish to make changes to an order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one.

6. Cancellation by Wood Trendz

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an issue with product availability or pricing errors.

  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
