    Orders are processed and confirmed once payment is successfully completed. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp and phone to confirm your order before dispatch.

    7. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

    Returns and Replacements:

    • We accept returns and replacements only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly differs in size, color, or shape from what was ordered.

    • Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

    Order Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

    • Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as the order may already be processed and shipped.
